Trailrun Savognin - Tinizong - Parseiras - Savognin

The tour starts in Savognin, about 200 m from the valley station of the mountain railway. At the beginning, the route climbs through the village centre of Savognin for about 1.5 km before branching off onto a great flow trail. Slightly hilly and with a great panorama of the surrounding mountains, you soon reach the village of Tinizong, where there is a drinking fountain and a restaurant directly on the route. It's worth stopping! After a short downhill, the route climbs again, at the beginning on an alpine road and then on a more technically demanding but great single trail. Savognin is already back in sight when you reach Parseiras. From here, the final descent follows on technically easy paths back to the starting point.

Great as an after-work tour

Over the village square and the stone bridge up towards Lareschs. Follow the path up to Plang la Curvanera, turn right at the Rudnal junction and from there to Tinizong. In Tinizong walk down to the football field over the bridge and continue straight into the forest. Follow the path and in Parseiras direction Schischen and down to Savognin.
