Snowshoe week on the Julier

Out and about with snowshoes in Parc Ela - the largest nature park in Switzerland and in the triangle of Bivio, Alp Flix and Julier. The valleys, plateaus and hilltops of this region, surrounded by mighty three-thousand-metre peaks, offer well-selected routes that are wonderful for snowshoe hikers. Among other things, hikes to the Valetta dal Güglia, to the Crab da Radons and on the high plateau with the wide plain of Alp Flix are on the program. All promising destinations at alpine altitudes well above 2000 meters and with a view of the peaks coveted by mountaineers such as Piz Platta, Piz Güglia and Piz Bernina with its unmistakable Bianco ridge. Some of the tours start from the "Hotel Edelweiss" location in Sur, in Bivio or on the Julier Pass.
