About the artist
Thomas Zindel, born on 29.02.1956 in Uznach, grew up in Chur and attended the Zurich School of Arts and Crafts in 1978. 1980 Residency in Berlin. Until 1987, Zindel lived on Aquasanastrasse in Chur, where he organised numerous exhibitions from 1982 to 1984 and ran a lithography and etching workshop. In cooperation with the Graubünden cultural workshop In Situ, Zindel has been realising scenic projects and creating stage sets since 1985. Zindel has been running the Galerie/Edition Z in Chur since 2015.
