Fundamentals of Movement

Some members of the Gruppa Cordial have come together to sing together. In addition, they are organising the following course "Fundamentals of Movement" until Easter:

Fundamentals of Movement
We start lying down and work on joints and muscles. As in a choreography, we sit, stand and walk in the course of the lesson. Come to a trial lesson!

Time: 2.15 pm - 3.45 pm
Cost per lesson: at least CHF 5.00
Location: Parsonz community hall
Conductor: Béa Mory, Stierva - choir director and movement therapist
What to bring: Wool blanket or mat, pillow, warm comfortable clothes
