Bike School Savognin / Bike Workshop

In the group workshop, adults learn and practice the basics of safe and efficient biking step by step.

Prerequisite:

The workshop is aimed at adults.
Beginners: first experiences with a bike or e-bike
Advanced: in-depth experience with the bike or e-bike, masters the contents of the beginner's course
Content for beginners:

Setting up the bike correctly
stable basic position on the bike
Safe braking
sensible shifting
Advanced content:

Adapted cornering
master steep climbs
Lifting the front and rear wheels
Ride Steps
Equipment:

Matching helmet
Bike or e-bike (can be rented at Wasescha Sport or Bananas Sport)
Performance:

Courses with less than 3 people can be shortened or cancelled.
