Alpbeizli Somtgant

At the Alpbeizli there is a playground where little guests can let off steam.

A haystack with a view of the stars through the glass roof including breakfast: that's the Tgamon on Alp Somtgant above Savognin.

The developed hayloft is located at 2200 m above sea level and offers a unique view over the valley and the Piz Mitgel mountain range, Orgelpass, Ela and Piz D'Err. With a glass of wine and chirping crickets, marmots can be observed here in the evening and, with a bit of luck, you can even see grazing deer below the alp. In the past, hay was stored in the Tgamon. In order to be able to hay early in the morning, the Tgamon served as temporary accommodation for the farmers.

Room description:

The Tgamon has a glass roof, so you can watch the starry sky from your bed. The converted haystack is equipped with:

• a comfortable double bed
• Cushion
• Bedspreads
• warm woollen blankets
• Nightstands

A well is available for the evening and morning toilets. There is no shower facility. It is recommended to pack warm clothes as the Tgamon cannot be heated. If you want, you can bring your own sleeping bag. In the morning, there is the opportunity to go with the shepherd and his dogs to the cattle or to the Milchalp Naladas to look over the farmer's shoulder as he milks.

The accommodation has a toilet.
