We meet at 08.45 at the Postplatz and at 08.54 take the post bus to Tiefencastel (Gr.1) or to Lantsch (Gr.2).
Gr. 1 wanders from Tiefencastel via Mistail to Alvaschein and then climbs via Bot da Loz to Lantsch. Food from the backpack. 6.6 km, ascent 509m, descent 48m 2.11 h
Gr. 2 runs from Lantsch via Crap la Tretscha to Tschividains and back to Lantsch.
Restaurant in s. Cassian 5.5 km Ascent/descent each 150m 1.27 h
From 2 p.m. we will meet at the Hotel Sarain
